Our emergency Hotline is available 24 Hours a day: 01638 554477
Monday-Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12pm
Sunday: Closed
When the surgery is closed always call the normal number. During the week you will be prompted to press ‘1’ in the event of an emergency and speak to our duty vet, if appropriate you will then be seen at Ash Tree Vets. On a Friday evening and over the weekend we employ a brilliant dedicated out of hours “Accident and Emergency” facility called Vet 24. They are less than 20 minutes from us, near Cambridge, and are geared up for every emergency eventuality night and day. Always call our normal number and you will be put through to the appropriate help.
