Poppy and Bill opened the practice in 2011 and still work in it, alongside eleven vets and ten nurses. Independent and purpose built, in Kennett near Newmarket.
Independent since 2011
The practice is independent and purpose designed. It opened in the summer of 2011, and after rapid expansion the facilities were extended comprehensively in 2016 and again in 2022.
It was developed by, and continues to be run by, vets Poppy and Bill, both of whom have practised in East Anglia their entire careers. Eleven vets and ten nurses now work alongside them.
We recognise how important it is that a relationship exists between you and your vet, so our policy is continuity of care with the familiar friendly faces of our long standing team.

Purpose built, and fully equipped
An in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, high end colour doppler ultrasound, video-endoscopy, two theatres and a dental suite with its own X-ray unit.
We have invested heavily in our imaging suite, and our in-house blood analyser gives results within minutes. It means tests and treatment happen here, with the team who already know your pet.
