In accordance with the latest Government guidance and advice from our governing body (the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons), we want to re-assure you that we are still here to treat any animals who are unwell or those who require ongoing treatments or medications to keep them healthy.

With a heavy heart we must share with you that at this time we cannot see you with your pets for routine appointments such as vaccinations or elective surgery such as neutering or dental treatment. We have so far managed to keep our staff safe and healthy enough to open Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm. We will not be open on a Saturday. If you have an emergency outside of these hours call our normal number and follow the instructions to speak to a vet.

At this incredibly difficult time we must put the health and wellbeing of you and our staff first to help put a stop to the spread of this disease.

We’re pleased to be able to share with you, that during this unprecedented time we can now offer a fabulous Telemedicine service. This is a Veterinary Consultation by telephone, and enables us by law to prescribe medications your pet needs without seeing them at the practice. As much as we love seeing you all, we would respectfully ask that you only visit the practice if it is absolutely essential, and that you call us from the car park when you arrive so we can maximise the recommended social distancing.
