In light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are taking precautions to reduce the spread of the disease and protect vulnerable clients, staff and family members with the following changes:

• We ask that if possible, only one person accompanies your pet to their appointment. This will help to reduce the number of people mixing within the waiting area.
• If you wish to wait in your car rather than the waiting room, you can telephone reception to inform us of your arrival.
• Following WHO guidelines we would encourage that you pay by card rather than cash to reduce the handling risk of notes and coins.
• Please  apply the hand sanitiser provided in the waiting room

There is no current evidence that your pet can catch COVID-19 or pass it on to other pets, but we would advise that you wash your hands with soap and water regularly and after contact with pets.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that these small changes can help to ensure the practice can stay adequately staffed and that our more vulnerable clients are not put at risk when visiting.
